A.) Email us the specification and artwork for Quote. For Card Reseller, better price will be offered. If you need your card designed indicate this now, or email your artwork.

B.) We will send you proof for artwork approval. After confirmation, make payment by paypal or wire transfer (For order above $1000)

C.) Estimated turnaround time before shipping and after artwork approval is 6-8days Approximate Shipping Time:3-5 days. So once you make payment, you will receive your cards within 11 days.

As per international standard import&export practice, CARDS-MART.com will not be responsible for any import duty, import tax, customs fees or any other expenses levied upon delivery of any goods country. Such fees are the sole responsibility of the receiver to satisfy any cost associated with said shipment.

Fonts and Images
Fonts:Please include all printer and screen fonts used to create your artwork. If you are positive that we will not have to make any changes to your file, you can convert all type to curves or outlines.
Images: Please be sure to include all of your placed or imported images when you send your artwork.

Q. What is cardsmart.com and how is the quality standard?

Q. We expect the surface of the card stock to be clean and ready for dye sublimation card printer?How are the cards packaged to ensure they stay as clean as possible?
A. The cards are produced in our non-dust environment plant.Our staff are required to wear anti-dust wear in the working environment and we wear glove to handling the cards during packaging and inspecting.Moreover, the innerbox is well packed to prevent the dust.

Q.How should I supply my artwork?
A. The artwork should be outlined CDR/AI/JPG/PDF. For ready made designs, just email to us.

Q.What is mifare compatible cards?What is the difference between the orignal and the compatible mifare cards.
A. The mifare original cards is made with original chip from NXP(www.nxp.com). The compatible mifare cards is embedded with chip made in china, which have the same function with the original.

Q. What is your standard turnaround time?
A. Our standard turn time is 11 days after the payment is made.

Q. Will your gift cards work with my software?
A. Yes, our cards are compatible with all POS software providers.

Q. Is the cards reprintabale by thermo printer,what about smart cards?
A. If the cards is with lamination film, it can be reprinted. We can do lamination and non-lamination according to your request considering the different cost. For smart cards, we strongly recommend to do lamination and it is free of charge for smart cards.

Q.Can you do pantone color well as I had bad experience with China supplier since they can not do the exact color. Please quote price and delivery for the attached cards, 30000 mifare 4k S70 printed front and back. Colour is Green Pantone PMS 3165C.
A. We do pantone color very well for smart cards.For you concern about the color, we can do the trial print and send you the vedio for you check of the color before mass production.

Q. What's the minimum order?
A. We welcome big and small order. Customer satifaction is our pursuit. We can print as few as 100 full colour plastic cards (litho printing).

Q.How do I send an entire design?
A.You can send your artwork to our email address.
You can send us a mail with your CD/Floppy/USB storage.
You can send your artwork by MSN online.

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?

Q.May I get some free samples?
