MIFARE card is from NXP Semiconductors. MIFARE card has been selected for most contactless smart card projects and therefore, became the most important smart card for the contactless smart card technology for the automatic fare collection industry and other solution for other applications such as loyalty membership, road tolling, access control management and gaming etc.
Mifare Card is widely accepted as the leading contactless smart card complied with standard ISO14443A. Mifare 1K ISO proximity card is widely used in the secure RFID applications, The 1KByte of EEPROM is configured into 16sectors, so one single card can be applied for multi- applications. There are mifare classic cards, mifare desfire card , mifare ultralight light cards and mifare plus IC for fast and easy solution.
The Mifare 1K proximity card is great solution for E-ticket, payment, hotel key lock, access control, time attendance system. MIFARE Ultralight is part NXP's low-cost MIFARE offering, MIFARE Ultralight uses a widely adopted standard ISO14443A. Mifare Ultralight ISO proximity card is widely used in the secure RFID applications, The 1KByte of EEPROM is configured configured into 32sectors, so one single card can be applied for multi-applications.
The Mifare Ultralight proximity card is great solution for E-ticket, payment, single journey ticketing.
